I am a mortgage professional of 40 years and a Licensed Mortgage Broker (Florida), well-seasoned in virtually every aspect of mortgage lending to include Conventional, FHA/VA, USDA Guaranteed Rural Housing, Construction-Permanent Loans, Alt-A, Sub-prime, Home Equity and Alternative Programs to meet a wide variety of circumstances unique to my clients. I also have experience in Commercial Lending.
 
I do have a bit of a soft spot in my heart in working with first-time homebuyers and assisting them with the challenges that many of them face in their quest of the American Dream. I am a participating loan officer with numerous State, City and County Housing Agencies to provide Affordable Housing loans and down payment assistance.
 
During the span of my career I have been involved in the closing and settlement of over 2000 mortgage transactions ranging in amounts from a few thousand to over $4 million.
